Elevator Equipment Upgrade Solid State Microprocessor Controller Nonproprietary In Design And Universally Maintainable 2019 Code Compliant • New Wiring Throughout The System • Piping & Duct • Fixtures Including Car Stations, Surface Mount Hall Station, In Car Position Indicators, Etc. (Ada Compliant) • Infrared Door Detector • Car Top Inspection Station • Car Lop Railing • Pit Ladders • Freight • Permit And Inspection Required By The State Of Oklahoma • One (I) Year Warranty On Parts And Labor. The Following Is A List Work That May Be Necessary To Accommodate The Elevator Renovation And Will Be Required By The State Inspection. 1-Loistway And Pit I. Fire Rated Hoist Way Per Authority Having Jurisdiction (Ah.I- The State Elevator). All Penetrations In Hoist Way Must Be Sealed Alter Installation Or Lift. 2. Venting Of Hoist Way As Required By Authority Having Jurisdiction 3. A Dry Pit Of Proper Size Clean Free Of Dirt And Debris And Designed To Sustain Vertical Loads As Indicated On Elevator Shop Drawings (Shop Drawings Are Part Of The Original Prints Located In The Elevator Mechanical Rooms Per Code Requirements.) 4. A Pit Ladder For Each Elevator Installed Conforming To Latest Code Edition And Extending From Pit Floor To 48 Above Sill At Lowest Landing. 5. Protective Sleeves In Hoist Way Wall, Or Any Trenching And Filling. For Oil Line And Wiring Duct For Each Elevator As Shown. 6. Clear Overhead Path To Accommodate All Piping For Remote Machine Rooms. 7. Any Cutting And Patching Or Building Construction Required For Installing Signal Fixtures, Or Other Elevator Apparatus, And Any Repairs, Grouting, Patching, Or Painting Made Necessary By Same. 8. O.S.F-1.A. Approved Barricades(Regulated By Osha) That May Be Required During Construction. 9. Sump Pump Required By Code. Sump Must Have Separate Power Supply Other Than Gfcj Feed. Sump Hole To Be Covered (Cover Provided And Installed By Others)
