Each Building Has An Individual Gas Room With Cylinde Rs Where The Main Manifold For Connecting Gas Cylinders Is Located. Down The Line, The First-Stage Regulator Is Located Along With The Electrical Shut-Off Valve. This Electrical Shut-Off Valve Is Interlocked With The Fire Panel And Shuts Off Gas In Case Of Fire Alarm Is Initiated In This Zone. Each Building Has 40 Apartments In Which The Gas Line Is Distributed Up To A Point In The Kitchen. In Each Kitchen Following Are Installed : 1.#Gas Consumption Meter 2.#Electric Shut-Off Valve Energized By The Switch And Interlock 2 Ea Ed With Gas Leakage Detector. Scope Of Work: The Parties Shall Visit The Site And Make Themselves Thoroughly Acquainted With Local S Ite Conditions, Nature And Requirement Of Work, Present Conditions Of The Existing Old System To Removal Safely And New Installation S And Make An Assessment Of Labor And Material, Required Before Submitting The Price. Scope Of Work Included Design, Supply, Install Ation Of New Tanks, Control Panels For Each Building Lpg System With Necessary Arrangements Of Wiring And Additional Piping, Additio Nal Filling Point, Damaged Parts Replacement, Sensor Calibration, Additional Testing & Re-Commissioning Of The Lpg System. Requireme Nts For Installation: All Equipment, Installation, Operation, And Corrective Maintenance Of System Must: ·#Fully Examined In The Fac Tory. ·#Approved By Dm ·#Designed And Installed By A Dm / Civil Defense-Approve Company. All Components Of Systems Must Be Made Fr Om Antirust And Corrosion Resistance Materials And Ideal For Use In Severe Climate Conditions Like In Dubai. ·#Compliance With The D M/ Civil Defense And Technical Standards And Specifications.
