Project Description: The Government Of Ukraine Has Signed Loan Financing Agreements With The European Bank For Reconstruction And Development (Ebrd) And European Investment Bank (Eib) For A Project To Extend A Metro (Subway) Line In The City Of Kharkiv. The Proposed Project, Which Has A Total Estimated Cost Of Approximately Eur 382.27 Million Equivalent Will Be Implemented By Kharkivsky Metropoliten Communal Enterprise (Kharkiv Metro Company) And Will Require The Procurement Of The Following Contracts: - Extension Of The Existing Metro Line By 3.47 Km And Construction Of 2 Metro Stations - Construction Of New Metro Wagon Depot And Connecting Rail - Acquisition Of New Rolling Stock - Corporate Development And Public Service Contract Preparation Support
