Consultancy Services For Developing Master Plan Topographical Survey Geotechnical Investigation Detailed Design Works Preparation Of Tender Document And Supervision Of Construction Works Proposed Fully Furnished Of Celpat BuildingsThe Consulting Services The Services Include Undertaking Design And Supervision Of The Proposed Academic Block Teaching Block Workshops Laboratories Tannery Effluent Treatment Plant Etp Student Hostel Buildings And Staff Residence Foreign Instructors Flat At Dar Es Salaam Institute Of Technology Mwanza Campus In Mwanza Region This Will Also Include Preparation Of A Master Plan For Orderly Development Of The Institute Towards Current Design The Consultancy Services Will Be Carried Out In Three 3 Phases As Follows Phase I Development Of A Master Plan For The Land Use Preliminary And Detailed Design And Preparation Of Tender Documents Phase Ii Post Contract Services And Supervision During Construction The Consultant Shall Be Fully Responsible For Supervision Of The Construction Works From Beginning To The Successful Completion Of The Works Including The Defect Liability Period As Specified In The Contract Phase Iii Consulting Services To Be Provided During Defects Liability PeriodThe Consultant Shall Oversee The Works During The Defects Liability Period Through Regular Visits This Assignment Is Expected To Be Completed Within 4 Months For The Pre Contract Stage 12 Months For The Post Contract Stage And 12 Months For The Defect Liability Period
