Enforcement Agencies To Effectively Respond To Trafficking In Persons Tip The AssignmentThe Purpose Of This Evaluation Is To Assess The IdloS Tip Project Against Its Stated Outcomes And Outputs As Of July 2019 Within This Framework The Evaluation Will Provide An Independent Assessment Of The Project And Measure The Extent To Which The Expected Results Were Achieved Identify Relevant Lessons Review Of Project Documents And Reports Administrative Records Related To The Various Activities ProjectS Progress Reports And M E Data And Reports Conduct A Limited Number Of Preliminary Remote Interviews With The Relevant Project Staff Reconstruct The Theory Of Change And Develop The Evaluation Questions And Indicators Identify Methodological Approaches And Tools To Capture Data In Line With The Expected Evaluation Results Organize And Manage Data Collection Administering It With Program Stakeholders And Beneficiaries Including Project Trainers Trainees And Other Stakeholders
