Description: Organisations Are Invited To Submit A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire To Gain Access To The CouncilS Dynamic Purchasing System (Dps) For Passenger Transport Services. Successful Applicants To The Dps Will Then, Via Mini Competitions, Be Requested To Submit Offers For A Variety Of Passenger Transport Services, Including Mainstream And Additional Learning Needs (Aln) School Transport Services. The Dps Will Operate For A Period Of Five (5) Years, With The Option To Extend On An Annual Basis.
