1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services Consisting In The Collection, Transportation And Delivery Of Parcels Leaving The Oświęcim City Hall.2. Services Covered By This Order, Including But Not Limited To: Postal Services Should Be Provided In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Receiving, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of November 23, 2012 On Postal Law (Hereinafter: Postial Law), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of November 26, 2013 On Complaints About The Postal Service, And The Relevant Regulations In Force. Contractor.3. Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide An Electronic Confirmation Of Receipt Service, Consisting In Sending A Registered Parcel Using The Ict System Provided By The Contractor, The Delivery Of Which Is Confirmed By Recording In The Ict System And A Handwritten Signature By The Recipient Of The Parcel On A Mobile Device, Constituting Proof Of Delivery Of The Parcel.4. Description Of The Subject Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Field Of Registered And Unregistered Items Leaving The Oświęcim City Hall, In Particular The Acceptance, Transport And Delivery Of: A) Domestic Unregistered - Economic Letter Items, B) Domestic Unregistered - Priority Letter Items, C) Domestic Registered Economic Letter Items - Registered, D) Registered Domestic - Registered Priority Letter Items, E) Domestic Registered Economic And Priority Letter Items With Acknowledgment Of Receipt (Zpo),F) Domestic Registered Economic And Priority Letter Items With Electronic Confirmation Of Receipt (Epo),G) Foreign Unregistered Priority Letter Items,H) Foreign Registered Letter Items - Registered Priority,I) Foreign Registered Priority Letter Items With Acknowledgment Of Receipt,J) Ordinary And Priority Postal Parcels (Including Complementary Services),K) Foreign Economic And Priority Postal Parcels Priority L) Courier Shipments, M) Shipments Returned After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Release To The Recipient.5. The Estimated Quantities Of Shipments Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are Indicated In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
