Supply Services Of Personnel Including Temporary Staff – European Tender For Hiring External Personnel (Broker Services). The Scope Of This Tender Consists Of Supplying External Staff On A Self-Employed Basis And Other External Staff On A Secondment Basis Via Second-Order Suppliers On The Basis Of A: • Hiring Application With A Competing Preferred Candidate. • Hiring Request Without Competing Preferred Candidate. All Hiring Requests Are Requested In A Uniform Manner By The Contracting Authority And Executed By The Tenderer. Every Hiring Request Consists Of At Least The Following Activities Up To And After Possible Appointment Of The Candidate: • Centrally Processing And Handling The Hiring Request; • Whether Or Not To Refine The Job Description/Job Profile Provided; • Check And Coordinate With The Contracting Authority Whether The Hiring Request Can/Must Be Carried Out On A Self-Employed Or Secondment Basis; • Recruitment And Selection; • Offer Candidates; • Upon Appointment, Carry Out Necessary Reporting And Checks On Compliance With All Relevant And Necessary Laws And Regulations. The Current Assignment In This Tender Represents An Estimated Assignment Value Based On History Of € 425,000.00 Excluding Vat / 6,578 Hiring Hours Per Year And Therefore € 3,400,000.00 Excluding Vat / 52,624 Hiring Hours During The Entire Term Of The Agreement. Please Note: The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Include A Maximum Contract Value Or Maximum Quantity For The Framework Agreement. However, There Is A Margin Of Uncertainty Regarding The Decreases That Cannot Be Quantified In Advance. The Contracting Authority Therefore Wishes To Distinguish Between The Estimated Contract Value (The Expectation) Stated Above And The Maximum Contract Value / Maximum Quantity Of The Intended Framework Agreement. The Estimated Order Value Is Indicative, Amounts To €3,400,000.00 Excluding Vat/52,624 Hiring Hours And Is Based On A Term Of Eight (8) Years. The Maximum Order Value Is €6,800,000.00 Excluding Vat/105,248 Hiring Hours And Is Also Based On A Term Of Eight (8) Years. When Determining The Maximum Order Value, Account Is Taken Of The Possible Circumstance That The Scope Of The Deliveries And/Or Services Is (Substantially) Higher Than Expected According To The Estimated Order Value. If The Maximum Order Value/Quantity Is Exceeded, The Agreement Will End And It Will Be Put Out To Tender Again. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Above Amounts, Which Means That It Cannot Be Stated With Certainty That The Estimated And/Or Maximum Order Value Will Actually Be Purchased During The Term Of The Agreement.
