1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Delivery, Assembly And Disassembly Of Christmas Decorations In The Areas Managed And Administered By The Ordering Party.2.The Service Includes The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Delivery, Assembly And Dismantling Of Christmas Decorations To The Square. First Słupsk Residents, Boulevards On The Słupia River With The Commencement Of The Exhibition On December 6, 2026, 2) Installation Of Christmas Decorations Along With Electrical Installations, Connections And Switchboards, In Consultation With An Employee Of The Current Maintenance Department Of The Municipal Infrastructure Board In Słupsk - Connection Of Lighting To The Municipal Network, 3) Controlling And Supervising The Technical Condition Of Christmas Decorations, I.E. Their Proper Operation And Removal Possible Failures And Damages Resulting From Operation, 4) Dismantling Of Christmas Decorations After Disconnection From The City Network, Together With Securing Electrical Installations, Connections And Switchboards. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Removing Failures And Damages Resulting From Operation Within A Maximum Of 48 Hours From Notification. Note: The Time Taken By The Contractor To Remove Failures And Damages Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers. All Failures And Damage Should Be Removed Within 4 Business Days From The Time Of Commencement Of Their Repair.
