Renovation And Sustainability Are Planned For The Overbosch Swimming Pool, In Which Both The Building-Related Installations Will Be Replaced And Construction Work Will Be Carried Out At A Later Date On, Among Other Things, The Facade And The Roof. The Assignment Basically Includes The Replacement And Adjustment Of The Building-Related Installations Of The Swimming Pool And The Directly Related Work. This Includes: • Replacing The Existing Gas Boilers With A Hybrid Setup With Air-Water Heat Pumps; • Replacing The Air Handling Units; • Replacing And Adapting Distribution Systems, Control Technology And Pipeline Routes; • Demolition And Dismantling Work For Existing Installations; • The Structural Facilities Necessary For The Installation Work, Including Openings, Fire-Resistant Seals And Roof Penetrations; • Carrying Out And Coordinating Roof Work On The Roof Surfaces Where The Air Handling Units And Heat Pumps Are Located. • Any Temporary Facilities; And • Commissioning, Testing, Inspecting And Delivering The Installations.
