The Client Is Carrying Out An Open Procedure For The Public Procurement Of Maintenance Services For The Hrm It System For Human Resources Management (Hereinafter: Hrm) With The Aim Of Concluding A Framework Agreement With One Bidder For A Duration Of 24 Months, Which Includes Basic And Adaptive Maintenance And The Service Of Introducing Government Bodies Into The System. The Hrm (Human Resources Management) It System Was Developed To Support The Digitization Of The Human Resources Management Process In The Civil Service Of The Republic Of Croatia. The System Was Implemented Within The Framework Of The Reform Measure New Models Of Salaries And Work In The Civil Service And Public Services Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Npoo) For The Period From 2021 To 2026. The Hrm System Was Developed And Intended For State Administration Bodies, Users Of The Register Of Employees In The Civil Service And Public Services (Regzap) System.
