The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of License Plates, As Well As The Collection And Disposal Of Decommissioned License Plates For The Transport And Road Communication Department In The County Office In Krosno Odrzańskie And In The Gubin Delegation At The Contractors Own Expense, Under The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference And Its Annexes, The Contractors Offer Form And In Accordance With: 1) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 8, 2024 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1709, As Amended); 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy On The Conditions Of Production And Method Of Distribution Of License Plates And Legalization Marks Of May 2, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1677, As Amended); 3) Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251); 4) Provisions Contained In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, I.E.). The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Supply Of Software For Managing License Plate Orders, Enabling Electronic Placing Of Orders. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Transport, Unloading And Bringing To The Seat Of The Ordering Party, I.E. To The Seat Of The Department Of Transport, Transport And Roads Of The County Office. Powiatowy In Krosno Odrzańskie, Room No. 010 (Ground Floor Of The Building) And Gubin Delegation, Room No. 6 (Ground Floor Of The Building). The Contractor Undertakes To Collect From The Ordering Party And Scrap All License Plates Collected As A Result Of Re-Registration And Withdrawal Of Vehicles From Traffic, Within The Time When New License Plates Will Be Delivered Or If Necessary.
