The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Continuous Sale On Weekdays And Holidays - 24 Hours A Day - The Fuel Required In The Offer And Open Sales Points - At Least 1 Gas Stations In The Cities For: A) Task No. 1 - In Ząbkowice Śl.B) The Location Of The Refueling Points Must Enable Free And Safe Access Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles. The Contractor Of The Order Must Have A License To Trade In Liquid Fuels. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Quantity Of Fuels Than Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 2. The Contractor May Submit Offers For One Or Two Parts Of The Order.
