1. The Subject Of This Order Is: 1) Provision Of The Service Of Collection And Transport Of Unsegregated (Mixed) And Selective Municipal Waste From Owners Of Uninhabited Properties In The Mieroszów Commune To The Municipal Waste Processing Installation In Lubawka, 2) Collection Of Mixed And Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Generated By Owners Of Uninhabited Properties, 3) Transport Of Municipal Waste To The Regional Municipal Installation Located In Lubawka At Ul. Zielona 30 And The Selective Waste Sorting Plant At Ul. Komunalna 3 In Lubawka;4) As Part Of The Services Provided, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) By January 7, 2027 And Throughout The Entire Period Of Service Provision, To Equip The Property With Appropriate Containers Or Bags, B) Develop A Municipal Waste Collection Schedule And Submit It To The Ordering Party For Approval, And Then Forward The Schedule To The Property Owners; C) Collect Municipal Waste According To The Following Fractions In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Opz (Resolution No. Xxxvi/223/2021 Of The Mieroszów City Council Of June 30, 2021 On The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Mieroszów Commune), I.E.: - 20 03 01 Mixed Waste, - 15 01 01 Paper And Cardboard - 15 01 06 Mixed Packaging Waste - 15 01 07 Glass Packaging - 20 02 01 Biodegradable Waste2.The Maximum Amount Of Municipal Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is 260.00 Mg Of Mixed Waste And 48.60 Mg Of Separately Collected Waste, I.E.: 15 01 01 Paper And Cardboard About 4.5 Mg, 15 01 06 Mixed Packaging Waste About 8.10 Mg, 15 01 07 Glass Packaging Approximately 16.00 Mg And 20 02 01 Biodegradable Waste Approximately 20.00 Mg. 3. The Detailed Scope And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Task Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.4.Attention! When Starting The Service, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Possibility Of Changing The Number Of Uninhabited Properties. The Changes Will Not Affect The Amount Of The Contractors Remuneration.
