On The Basis Of The Framework Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Public Procurement, Microsoft Licenses Will Be Leased To Sa Pärnu Hospital For 3 Years In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documents (Hd). The Technical Description And Estimated Quantities Are Given In Hd Appendix 1. The Provider Of Software Licenses Must Guarantee Compliance With The Licensing Terms Of The Microsoft Software Lease Agreement (Including The Availability Of The Latest Versions Of The Leased Software, Provision Of Support Services, Etc.). The Procurer Has The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities Of Leased Licenses During The Contract Period According To The Actual Need. The Framework Contract Will Be Signed With One Provider (Contract Draft Hd Annex 2).
