The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 4 Brand New Passenger Cars With A Hybrid Hev Drive For The Community Work Of The Mental Health Center Under The Grant Project No. Fenx.06.01-Ip.03-0007/24 Called Infrastructural Support For Mental Health Centers For Adults And Centers/Teams Of Community Psychological And Psychotherapeutic Care (Reference Level I), Implemented Under The European Funds For Infrastructure Program, Climate, Environment 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund. The Vehicles Will Be Used To Transport Teams To The Place Where Patients Are Staying, Including Places With Difficult Access And On Local Roads And Roads With Poor Surfaces, As Well As To Transport Handy Equipment, Therapeutic Materials And Documentation. The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Two Separate Tranches: I Tranche - Delivery Of 2 Cars No Later Than January 15, 2027. Second Tranche, Delivery Of 2 Cars From March 1, 2027. By March 15, 2027. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Above Division Of The Delivery. Each Tranche Will Be Subject To Separate Acceptance And Settlement. After The Delivery And Acceptance Of The 1St Tranche, The Contractor Will Issue An Invoice Covering Only 2 Cars Delivered Under The 1St Tranche. After The Delivery And Acceptance Of The 2Nd Tranche, The Contractor Will Issue A Separate Invoice Covering 2 Cars Delivered Under The 2Nd Tranche. The Ordering Party Will Make Two Separate Payments: • First - After Receipt Of The First Tranche, • The Second - After Receipt Of The Second Tranche. It Is Not Allowed To Issue One Invoice Covering All 4 Vehicles Before Both Tranches Of Delivery Are Completed. The Ordering Party Is Implementing The Order In Accordance With The Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm) Principle, Which Means That It Does Not Cause Significant Harm To Environmental Goals. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Devices Comply With The Principle Of Not Causing Serious Damage Resulting From Art. 17 Of Eu Regulation 2020/852 And The Guidelines Of The National Reconstruction Plan. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Delivery In A Way That Ensures No Negative Impact Of The Order On Environmental Objectives, In Particular: Preventing Environmental Pollution, Efficient Management Of Resources, Minimizing Emissions And Waste. For This Purpose, The Contractor Submits The Certificates And Declaration Required By Current Regulations (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz).
