1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Development Of A Concept For The Northern Bypass Of Tomaszów Mazowiecki2.The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Road Construction Concept Based On The Route Indicated By The Ordering Party As The Preferred Variant With A Possible Slight Correction Of The Route. 2) Road Construction Concept With Technical Parameters Of Class G. Construction Of A Road Approximately 2.7 Km Long With A Road With A Cross-Section Of 1/2+1, A 3.5 M Wide Traffic Lane With A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path On One Side And A Shoulder On The Other. The Preferred Route Crosses The River, Railway Tracks And Roads. It Is Expected To Be Necessary To Design: One Bridge, Tunnel Or Viaduct, A Roundabout Intersection With The Provincial Road Dw 713 And Regular Intersections With Other Intersecting Roads, As Well As Drainage And Lighting. 3) The Concept Must Be Developed In Accordance With Technical And Construction Regulations, Current Standards And Guidelines Recommended By The Minister Of Infrastructure (Wr-D Series), In Particular In Compliance With Road Traffic Safety Rules (Brd).4) At The Concept Stage, The Number And Occupancy Of Plots To Be Expropriated Should Be Determined.5) Requirements For Geotechnical Tests Of The Subsoil: - Geological Tests Should Be Performed With Such Spacing Of Geotechnical Holes And Such Depth That It Was Possible To Design The Road Structure Along With Possible Ground Reinforcement And Engineering Structures. - Minimum Spacing Of Holes, Incl.: For A Road Of This Class, The Recommendations Are At Least Every 25 M -100 M, - For The Planned Bridge: 2 Holes For The Support, - For The Planned Viaduct Or Flyover, If It Appears Over A Swampy Area, 2 Holes For The Support, Min. Every 30 M. - For The Planned Tunnel: Beginning And End + At Least Every 25 M. Ground Conditions Should Be Considered Complex3.At The Concept Stage, Technical Conditions Should Be Requested Primarily From: The Provincial Roads Authority, Polish Waters (Bridge Structure), Pkp (Tunnel Or Viaduct), Rdos - Information On Animal Habitats And Migration And Ecological Corridors, And If It Is Necessary To Include Animal Crossings.4.After Carrying Out Geological Research, An Assessment Should Be Made As To The Need For Possible Soil Strengthening.5.Based On The Indicated Alignment, In Accordance With The Attachment, The Contractor Will Present Two Preliminary Concepts Of The Bypass Route To The Employer. For The Selected Variant, Development Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6.The Contractor Will Prepare Cost Calculations For The Selected Variant. 7. Initial Concepts Must Provide For The Route Of The Bypass In A Way That Interferes As Little As Possible With The Existing Residential Development And Limits Future Investment Implementation Costs.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Minimum Possible Interference In The Buffer Zone Of Protected And Valuable Natural Areas.
