1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Renovation Works In Educational Institutions In The Praga Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw In The Scope Of: A) Construction And Finishing Works;B) Sanitary Installation Works In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices;C) Electrical Installation Works In The Field Of Electrical, Power And Telecommunications Networks, Installations And Devices.The List Of Educational Institutions Is Attached As Annex 13 To The Swz. Construction Works Will Be Performed In Active Buildings And During Breaks In Teaching. For The Purposes Of Renovations In Educational Institutions, Due To The Need To Ensure The Continuity Of Their Operation, It Is Necessary To Carry Out Renovation Works Outside Their Opening Hours And In A Multi-Shift System, Which Is Also Necessary During Breaks In Teaching. The Type Of Works And The Conditions For Carrying Out The Works Are Determined By: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annexes 10, 11, 12 To Swz.
