The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of It And Communication Materials And Equipment For Measuring Radio Signals For Units Supplied By The Kwp In Łódź, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order According To The Part Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. Intended Use, Delivered In Original Non-Returnable Packaging Protecting The Elements Against Mechanical Damage.3.In The Proposed Price Of The Equipment, The Contractor Will Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Implementation Of This Contract, Including: Delivery Costs, Payment, Taxes, Customs Fees, Packaging Costs, Possible Discounts And Rebates.4.Delivery Time - Up To 10 Business Days.5.Delivery Includes Bringing It To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party. To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Łódź, Ul. Pienista 71, 94-109 Łódź), Which Will Take Place On Business Days From 8:30 A.M. To 2:00 P.M., And Will End No Later Than 3:00 P.M. Goods Not Brought To The Warehouse Will Not Be Accepted. The Contractors Representative Must Be Present During The Acceptance. Failure To Meet The Above Requirements Will Result In Non-Acceptance Of The Goods.6.Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Contract Template. 7. If The Subject Of The Order Includes An Ict Product, Ict Service Or Ict Process, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Only Such Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes That, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers: 1. Are Not Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2. Do Not Include An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision. 8. If The Contractor Offers Ict Solutions, He Is Obliged To Clearly Identify Each Ict Solution Offered In The Offer, In Particular By Indicating: 1. Name Of The Solution, 2. Manufacturer Or Supplier, 3. Type, Model, Version Or Other Marking Allowing Its Identification, 4. Function Performed As Part Of The Implementation9. The Inability To Clearly Identify The Offered Ict Solution Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. In Case Of Doubt, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That A Given Ict Solution Is Not Included In The Recommendations (Article 226(1)(17) Of The Pzp) Or In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier (Article 226(1)(19) Of The Pzp).10. If The Content Of The Offer, The Documents Submitted With The Offer Or The Contractors Explanations Indicate That The Offer Includes The Solution Referred To In Section 1 Point 1 Or 2, The Offer Is Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement
