Gdańska 20 - Galeria Miejska Bwa Together With Its Facilities - Real Estate As Well As Movable Property Located In The Facility Along With The Presented Departments Of Art (Exhibition Halls - Ground Floor, First And Second Floors, Back Rooms Of Exhibition Halls, Halls, Storage Room And A Three-Story Office Building With Basements And The Area Belonging To The Gallery Buildings) And Security Of The Gallery At Ul. Gdańska 3 Implemented Through Radio Monitoring And Security Of The Gallerys Warehouse At Ul. Gdańska 5/Drukarska Carried Out By Radio Monitoring. Protection Covers: 1) Exhibition Building With The Facilities Of The Bwa Municipal Gallery At Ul. Gdańska 20, Which Includes: A) Rooms On The Zero Level (Ground Floor) - Hall, Exhibition Hall With A Storage Room, B) Basement Rooms With Sanitary Facilities Below The Hall Level, C) Exhibition Halls On The First And Second Levels, D) Facilities For Exhibition Halls On The First And Second Levels, 2) Office Building Of Galeria Miejska Bwa At Ul. Gdańska 20, Which Includes: A) Office Rooms On The Zero Level (Ground Floor), B) Rooms On The First, Second And Third Levels, C) A Staircase Connecting The Above-Mentioned Levels With Passages To The Exhibition Halls Of The Gallerys Exhibition Building, D) Basement Rooms With Sanitary Facilities, 3) The Area Belonging To The Gallerys Buildings Indicated On The Map - Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, A) The Plot Area Is Monitored By 3 Industrial Cameras, B) The Area Of The Plot Where The Exhibition Building And The Office Building Are Located Is Not Fenced,4) Galeria Miejska Bwa - Gallery At Ul. Gdańska 3.5) Galeria Miejska Bwa - Warehouse At Ul. Gdańska 5/Drukarska. The Scope Of Protection Includes: 1) Control Of Passenger And Material Traffic, 2) Making Rounds In The Protected Area With A Frequency Ensuring The Safe Condition Of Objects And Property At Least Once An Hour, 3) Protection Of All Works Of Art And Other Movable Property Located In Exhibition Halls, Back Rooms, Storage Rooms, Offices And Other Rooms Of The Gallery, 4) Issuing And Keeping Records Of Issuing And Returning Keys,5) Protection Of The Exhibition In The Exhibition Halls, During The Hours It Is Made Available To Visitors, Together With The Operation Of Multimedia Equipment,6) Protection Of The Infrastructure Located In The Area Belonging To The Gallery,7) Closing And Opening The Entrance To The Gallery,8) Protection Of Vehicles Located In The Gallery,9) Activation And Control Of
