The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused Combine Harvester With A Header For Harvesting Grain, A Transport Trolley For The Harvester And A Yield Measurement And Mapping System (Agriculture 4.0), Adapted To Harvest Corn For Grain, For The School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center. Greater Poland Insurgents In Bielice.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Technical And Functional Requirements, Terms Of Delivery, Acceptance And Training, As Well As Warranty And Service Requirements, Is Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).3.All Parameters Specified In The Opz Constitute The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Unless Clearly Indicated Otherwise. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer The Subject Of The Order That Meets All The Requirements Specified In Opz.4.All Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Understood As Examples.
