1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Energy Storage For Photovoltaic Installations Along With Adaptation To The Existing Infrastructure Of The Municipal Organizational Units (Municipal Cultural Center, Municipal Social Welfare Center, Municipal Rescue Service, General Education School Complex - 2 Installations). 2. The Task Involves The Delivery And Installation Of Energy Storage Facilities For The Above-Mentioned Companies. Organizational Units Of The Commune. Equipping Units With Energy Storage Is An Important Element In Strengthening The Local Civil Protection System And Implementing Civil Defense Tasks. The Warehouses Will Ensure Continuity Of Power Supply To Facilities Performing Critical Functions (School, Community Center, Social Welfare Center, Emergency Services Headquarters). The Warehouses Will Increase The Energy Resilience Of The Commune By Becoming Independent From External Energy Supplies In Emergency Situations.3. The Task Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Technical Documentation.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Its Annexes, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Order Is Performed By Appropriate Personnel With The Required Authorizations To Manage And/Or Perform Given Activities.6. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 60 Months Of Warranty For The Subject Of The Order.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1328).8. The Contractor Will Bear Civil Liability For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Occurring In Connection With The Performance Of The Order.9. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit A Cost Estimate Containing Price Components, Which Will Be Auxiliary To Payments And Settlements.10. The Order Is Financed Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025/2026
