The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Training In The Operation Of A Mobile, Container-Based Water Treatment Station (Hereinafter Referred To As The Station) With A Nominal Intake Capacity Of At Least 5 M3/H (5,000 1/H) And A Second-Stage Pumping Station With A Capacity Of Min. 10 M3/H (10,0001/H) At H= 40Mh2o, Built In A Mobile Container, Intended For Operation In Crisis Situations (Water Supply Network Failures, Contamination, Natural Disasters).1) The Station Must Enable The Intake And Treatment Of Water From: 1.1.Deep Wells (Cooperation With Existing Deep Well Pumps), 1.2.Surface Waters (Rivers, Lakes, Ponds).2) Treated Water Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulations Regarding Water Intended For Human Consumption Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of May 22, 2026 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 748).3) The Station Must Have A Dedicated Two-Axle Container Trailer Adapted For Construction. Station. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, And Not Be The Property Of A Third Party Or Encumbered With The Rights Of A Third Party. The Task Is Carried Out Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or Other Chapters Of This Swz Refers To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Ensure Obtaining Technical Parameters And Quality Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party, Due To The Inability To Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, Or Trademarks, Patents, Sources Of Origin Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality.
