The Project Concerns The Design And Construction Of A Single-Story, Energy-Saving Social Building With Four Separate Apartments And A Utility Room, With A Total Area Of Usable Min. 140 M2 With All Necessary Installations And Permanent Equipment. The Building Should Be Constructed In Modular Technology, As An Energy-Efficient Building Using Renewable Energy Sources, Including At Least: Photovoltaic Installations Ensuring The Production Of Energy In The Amount Necessary To Cover The Energy Demand Of A Given Premises - For Each Residential Premises Separately. The Minimum Total Power Of The Pv Installation Is 16 Kw. , Energy Storage Facilities With A Capacity Of Min. 1.5 Times The Power Of The Photovoltaic Installation - For Each Residential Premises Separately. Minimum Total Storage Capacity 24Kwh. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Order - In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Strengthening Social And Environmental Protection Systems In Ciechanów And Part Of Its Urban Functional Area, Co-Financed By The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program As Part Of The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected European Union Member States In Order To Reduce Socio-Economic Differences Within The European Union.
