3/10The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Ul. Saperów (Dg 103090L) In Dęblin As Part Of The Investment Project Called Reconstruction Of Saperów Street (Dg 103090L) In Dęblin. The Task Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311), Hereinafter Referred To As The Special Act. As Part Of This Order, The Contractor Will Also Obtain A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment. 3/11.The Scope Of The Study Includes The Reconstruction Of Ul. Saperów (Dg 103090L) In Dęblin On A Section Of Approximately 560 M, Along With All The Elements Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Designed Road, In Particular: 1) The Road Structure (Road, Shoulders, Exits, Including The Internal Road And The Gate Of Military Unit No. 3248 And The Dęblin Fortress, Should Be Made Taking Into Account Horizontal Curves With A Radius Of Not Less Than 25 M, The Road For Pedestrians, A Bicycle Path Or A Path For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along The Entire Length Of The Road, If The Location Conditions Allow It). In Case Of Location Possibilities, Parking Bays/Parking Spaces Should Be Designed At Jw.2) Inclusion Of The Municipal Road In Dk No. 48 (Ul. 15 Pułku Piechoty Wilków) By Expanding Two Intersections, Taking Into Account Horizontal Curves With A Radius Of Not Less Than 25 M.3) Reconstruction Of Two Crossings Through Railway Sidings.4) Road Drainage System, Including Storm Sewage, Drainage Facilities And Obtaining All Required Water Permits.5) Road Lighting, Including Illumination Of Planned Pedestrian Crossings.6) Service Channel, If Required By Law, Or It Is Not Possible To Withdraw From Its Implementation.7) Reconstruction, Protection Or Removal Of Possible Collisions With The Existing Technical Infrastructure.8) Permanent Traffic Organization And Road Traffic Safety Devices.9) Land Development In The Road Area.3.12.Technical Parameters Of The Road Obtained As A Result Of The Planned Works: 1) Class Z Within The Meaning Of § 11 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518, As Amended).2) Width Of The Traffic Lane 3.50 M. 3) Passability On Intersections, Horizontal Curves - Curve Radius Not Less Than 25 M.4) The Height Of The Road Gauge Is Not Less Than 4.60 M. 5) Permissible Load Of A Single Driving Axle Of The Vehicle On The Road Surface Is 115 Kn.3.13.The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of An Area Development Concept, Including The Proposed Location Of Road Elements And Proposed Materials And Technical Solutions, For The Ordering Partys Opinion - 1 Copy. 2) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes And The Necessary Geodetic Measurements. 3) Development
