Sunnhordland Innkjøpforum, Hereafter Referred To As The Client, Aims To Enter Into An Agreement For The Supply Of Secretarial Services For The Control Committees On Behalf Of Bømlo, Stord, Fitjar, Kvinnherad And Tysnes Municipality. The Supplier Must, In A Neutral And Objective Manner, Serve The Control Committees With Secretarial Services As Described In The Guide Control Committee Book Published By The Ministry Of Local Government And Districts. Each Municipality Is Its Own Legal Entity, And The Final Agreement Must Therefore Be Signed By The Responsible Person In Each Municipality. A Description Of The Delivery Follows From The Attached Requirements Specification And Price Form.
