The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Installations With Energy Storage Facilities. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Installation Of Ee Energy Storage Facilities And/Or Pv Installations On Public Buildings In The Świebodzice Commune In Order To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of These Resources Owned By The Commune. The Subject Of The Order Are Public Buildings Intended For The Purpose Of Providing Services To The Residents Of The Świebodzice Commune With The Following Locations: - Public Kindergarten No. 2 With Integration Departments Named After John Paul Ii - Primary School No. 1 Sybiraków - Municipal Office In Świebodzice Ul. Żeromskiego The Public Procurement Procedure Is Conducted In The Form Of An Open Tender, Pursuant To Art. 132 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Swz. The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The So-Called Reverse Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Installation Of Installations On Many Dispersed Facilities, Which Are Ultimately To Function As Part Of The Ordering Partys Integrated Energy Production Management And Monitoring System/Distributed Network. The Selection Of One Contractor Guarantees The Use Of Devices With A Uniform Technological Standard And Compatible Software.
