The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Acting As A Contract Engineer, Including Preparation, Management, Coordination, Monitoring, Control, Technical And Investor Supervision As Well As Material And Financial Settlement Of Works, Deliveries, Conservation And Restoration Works And Soft Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Renovation, Conservation And Construction Works Of The Building Of The Romantic Castle - Museum - Castle In Łańcut, In Accordance With The Co-Financing Agreement, Co-Financing Application, Project Documentation, Contracts Concluded With Contractors And Applicable Legal Regulations. The Service Includes Project Management And Coordination From The Order Preparation Stage, Through The Implementation Of Individual Tasks, Their Monitoring, Acceptance And Settlement, Until The Completion Of The Project, As Well As - To The Extent Specified In The Contract - Servicing The Warranty Period And Monitoring The Durability Of The Project.
