The Contractor Will Deliver Food Products - First-Class Quality, Fresh, Meeting The Quality Standards Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product That Are In Force In Poland, With Current Expiration Dates. Packaging Of Food Products Delivered By The Contractor Must Be Marked With A Visible Expiration Date. Raw Meat Should Be Delivered In Plastic Boxes Lined With Blue Foil Intended For Contact With Food, Protected To Prevent Contamination. All Dry Goods (Such As Groats, Pasta, Rice, Sugar, Jelly, Etc.), Vegetable Oils, Flavored Yogurts And Eggs; Should Be Packed In Unit Packaging Intended For Contact With Food, Protecting The Contents Against Damage. The Packaging Is Clean, Dry, With No Visible Signs Of Pests, Mold Or Physical Contamination. Damaged, Broken, Destroyed Or Hermetically Opened Products Are Unacceptable. There Should Be An Expiration Date On The Packaging, Which Indicates That The Product Is Ready For Consumption With The Longest Possible Shelf Life. Products That Require Refrigerated Storage (Dairy Products, Eggs, Meat, Cold Cuts, Frozen Products) Should Be Provided With Such Conditions That The Cold Chain Is Not Interrupted. Vegetables And Fruits Should Be Delivered Fresh, Without Signs Of Spoilage, Mold Or Pests, Packed In Appropriate Containers, Boxes Or Bags. Orders For The Above-Mentioned Goods Should Be Processed On An Ongoing Basis, Each Time After Receiving Information From The Ordering Party Within The Designated Hours. Items Such As Meat, Cold Cuts, Bread, Vegetables And Fruit Can Be Ordered Every Day In Quantities As Required By The Daily Requirement.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Ordering Partys Food Products Using Its Own Transport At Its Own Expense And Risk, While Maintaining Appropriate Sanitary Regimes Required For The Transport Of Food In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2021) And Other Currently Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order. The Cost Of Delivery Must Be Included In The Offered Unit Prices Of Food Products, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Separate Remuneration For Delivering The Products.
