1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For A Kindergarten Located In The City And Commune Of Piwniczna-Zdrój. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Services Accompanying The Delivery, I.E. Loading, Transport, Unloading (If Applicable) At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.4.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter Specified In Detail In Annex 1 To The Specification, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Reports Without Any Comments. 5. All Delivered Goods Must Meet All Requirements Enabling Them To Be Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, And Have The Legally Required Approvals, Ce Markings, Certificates And Quality Certificates. The Technical Parameters Of Equipment And Teaching Aids Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Constitute Minimum Requirements - The Contractor May Offer Devices With Higher Parameters Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. 6. The Type Of Goods Ordered, Technical Parameters, Quality Requirements And The Number Of Ordered Pieces/Sets/Packaging/Sets Are Specified In Appendix No. 1 To Swz.7.The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Transport, Delivery, Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party, Assembly, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of The Equipment (Where Applicable) And Tidying Up The Place After Delivery.
