1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental And Servicing Of Container Toilets In The City Of Rzeszów In The Number In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Size/Scope: I. The Contractor Undertakes To Rent And Service Container Toilets: 1) Standard, Vip, For Disabled People And Two-Station Washbasins Set Up For Mass Celebrations And Events Organized By The Municipal Office Of Rzeszów; Set-Up Time Up To 7 Business Days,2) Standard Type And For Disabled People Set Up From January 1 To March 31 And From November 1 To December 31 In The City, In The Number And Locations Specified In Annex No. 3 Table 1 To The Contract,3) Standard Type And For Disabled People Set Up From April 1 To October 31 In The City, In The Number And Locations Specified In Annex No. 3 Table 2 To The Contract,4) Standard Type And For Disabled Persons Arranged In The Period From January 1 To December 31, In The Number And Locations Specified In Annex No. 3, Table 3 To The Contract.2. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement: 1) Toilets And Washbasins Specified In Section 1 Point 1 Activities According To The Following Guidelines: Daily Emptying Tanks And Filling Them With Toilet Fluid, Daily Washing, Disinfection And Disinfection Of The Cabin, Refilling Toilet Paper And Water In Washbasin Tanks; Checking The Condition: Technical, Cleanliness, Cleaning The Surrounding Area; 2) In The Scope Of Toilets Specified In Section 1 Point 2 Activities According To The Following Guidelines: A) 2X A Week (Mondays And Thursdays): Washing, Sanitizing And Disinfecting The Internal Part Of The Cabin, In Case Of Overfilling The Tank By 3/4, Emptying The Tanks Of Waste, Refilling Them With Toilet Fluid; Refilling Toilet Paper; Checking The Technical Condition, Cleanliness And Cleaning Of The Surrounding Area; Graffiti Removal, B) 1X A Week (Thursday): Performing The Main Service Consisting Of Emptying The Tanks And Filling Them With Liquid For Container Toilets; 3) In The Scope Of Toilets Specified In Section 1 Point 3 Activities According To The Following Guidelines: A) Daily: Washing, Disinfecting And Disinfecting The Inner Part Of The Cabin, In Case Of Overfilling The Tank By 3/4, Emptying The Tanks Of Waste, Refilling Them With Toilet Fluid; Refilling Toilet Paper; Checking The Technical Condition, Cleanliness And Cleaning Of The Surrounding Area, Removing Graffiti, B) Once A Week (Thursday): Performing The Main Service Consisting Of Emptying The Tanks And Filling Them With Disinfectant And Fragrance Liquid, 4) In The Scope Of Toilets Specified In Section 1 Point 4 Activities According To The Guidelines Below, A) Daily: Washing, Disinfecting And Disinfecting The Internal Part Of The Cabin, In Case Of Overfilling The Tank By 3/4, Emptying The Tanks Of Waste, Refilling Them With Toilet Fluid, Refilling Toilet Paper, Checking The Technical Condition, Cleanliness And Cleaning The Surrounding Area, Removing Graffiti, B) In The Period From January 1 T
