Tenders are invited for Procurement of 580 Nos. of Microsoft 365 Subscription Licenses (190 Microsoft 365 Business Standard Licenses and 390 Microsoft 365 Apps for Business Licenses) and Related Support Services for a Period of Three (03) Years. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure. Bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents at the Employees Trust Fund Board, Procurement Section, 23rd Floor, Mehewara Piyesa, Narahenpita, Colombo 05, from 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs on normal working days. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 20,000.00 in cash to the Employees Trust Fund Board. The period of issuing bidding documents will be from 29 October 2026 to 18 November 2026. Bids must be delivered in two separately sealed envelopes, "Original" and "Duplicate", enclosed in a single outer envelope, to the Employees Trust Fund Board, Procurement Section, 23rd Floor, Mehewara Piyesa, Narahenpita, Colombo 05 on or before 19 November 2026 at 10:30 hrs. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. All bids must be accompanied by an unconditional Bid Security of LKR 600,000.00 issued by a commercial bank licensed by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, or cash deposit to Casher, Employees Trust Fund Board, valid until 18 March 2027.
