2026- Open Tender Competition - Rental And Operation Of Nursing Home Places - Reserved For Non-Profit Organizations . Description In Line With Political Decision, The Client Must Acquire 60-100 Nursing Home Places For People With Dementia And Long-Term Somatic Needs. A Lease Agreement And Service Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One And The Same Supplier. It Is A Prerequisite For The Contract That The Selected Supplier Procures, Owns And Makes Available The Necessary Premises On Askøy For The Performance Of The Service. The Supplier Must Assume Total Responsibility For Delivering (Designing, Projecting, Building And Renting Out), As Well As Managing, Operating And Maintaining The Nursing Home. The Competition Is Reserved For Non-Profit Organisations, Cf. Procurement Regulations § 30-2A. Please Note That It Is Stated In The Announcement Form That It Is An Open Tender. This Is Because, As Of Today, It Is Not Technically Possible To Select The Open Tender Competition Procedure In The Announcement Form When Form Eform 20 Health And Social Services Is Used. However, We Emphasize That The Procedure To Be Used Is Open Tender Competition.
