Descriptionhealth Sør-East Rhf (Hereafter Referred To As The Client) Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With A Private Non-Profit Supplier For The Purchase Of Highly Specialized Rehabilitation Services For Patients With Heart Disease And Lung Disease. Only Non-Profit Providers Who Can Provide The Service Within The South-East Health Region Can Submit Offers. The Health Institutions Belonging To The Employer And The Four Non-Commercial Hospitals With Which The Employer Has Operating Agreements Cannot Participate In The Procurement, Either As Main Supplier Or Subcontractor.
