Only Non-Profit Providers Who Can Provide The Service Within The South-East Health Region Can Submit Offers. The Health Institutions Belonging To The Employer And The Four Non-Commercial Hospitals With Which The Employer Has Operating Agreements Cannot Participate In The Procurement, Either As Main Supplier Or Subcontractor.
