The Objective Of This Tender Is To Contract The Maintenance And Conservation Service Of The Communes Traffic Lights. A Traffic Light Crossing Is Understood As All The Physical Elements That Make It Up, Such As The Head, Led Modules, Lamps, Faces, Posts, Backing Plates, Contrast Plates, Supports, Button Panels, Vehicle Detection And Accounting Loops, Cameras, Wiring, Synchronization Cables, Underground Ducts, Splices, Meters, Cabinets, Controller, Beacons And All Their Components, Ups Power Supply And Programming In The Controllers, So This Service Includes Maintenance General Of The Mentioned Equipment. The Maintenance Of These Elements Is Considered Up To And Including The Sotu Unit. In Particular, Considering The Public Service Nature Of The Entrusted Work, The Contractor Must Repair As Soon As Possible Any Damage Caused To The Traffic Light Installations As A Result Of Traffic Accidents, Railway Accidents, Acts Of Vandalism Or A Fortuitous Event Or Force Majeure. The Crossings To Be Maintained Are Detailed By Location, Type Of Controller And Number Of Pedestrian And Vehicular Faces Per Crossing In The List In Point 7 Of The Technical Specifications. In General, To Provide The Service, The Contractor Must Hire The Personnel Indicated In The Technical Specifications, As Well As Have The Vehicles, Machinery And Tools Indicated In Said Technical Specifications.
