For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement, It Is Necessary To Analyze The Possibility And Justify The Reduction Of The Pressure During Hydrotests (Hi) Of The Strength Of Equipment And Pipelines From The 1St And 2Nd Circuits Of Units 5 And 6 Of Kozloduy Npp Ead According To A Methodology Developed By The Contractor. The Possibility Of Reducing The Pressure Of The Hi Strength Of The 1St And 2Nd Circuits To Be Evaluated By Deterministic And Probabilistic Analyses, Based On The Provision Of The Reliability Criterion (Or Another Reasonable Approach) Of The Equipment And Pipelines.
