The Main Object Of The Public Procurement Procedure Organized By The Contracting Authority - Pucioasa City Is The Awarding Of The Contract Whose Object Is Execution Of Works Related To The Investment Objective Investments In The Green-Blue Infrastructure Of The City Of Pucioasa. The Duration Of The Execution Of The Works Is A Maximum Of 24 Months. The Total Duration Of The Contract Additionally Includes The Duration Of The Works Guarantee, Of At Least 36 Months, Established By Reference To Art. 531 Para. (6) Lit. B) From Law No. 169/2026 Regarding The Code Of Territorial Development, Urbanism And Constructions (Importance Category C - Normal, Corresponding To The Class Of Consequences Cc2, According To Art. 370 Paragraph (5) Letter B) Of The Same Code); For Planting Works, The Minimum Legal Guarantee Of 2 Years Provided For In Letter D) Is Covered By The Offered Guarantee. The 60-Month Period Listed In Section Ii.2.7 Corresponds To The Execution Period And The Minimum Guarantee; The Effective Duration Of The Contract Results From The Duration Of The Offered Guarantee. According To The General Estimate, The Value Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Was Estimated At 22,415,112.73 Lei, Without Vat, As Follows: Categories Of Work / Estimated Cost (Lei, Without Vat) Chap. 2 Expenditures For The Provision Of Utilities Necessary For The Objective (Water Supply And Sewerage – Object 2.2): 52,830.53 4.1 Constructions And Installations: 17,505,343.07, Of Which 4.1.1 Basic Activities 16,693,914.12 (Object 1 – Development Of Banks Within The Green-Blue Corridors In The River Area) Ialomita: 11,369,063.23; Object 2 – Development Of Green Spaces: 5,324,850.89, Respectively Object 2.1 – Development Of Green-Blue Biodiversity Areas: 1,218,277.23 And Object 2.2 – Development Of A Park: 4,106,573.66) And 4.1.2 Activities Related (Object 2.2): 811,428.95 4.2 Installation Of Machinery, Technological And Functional Equipment: 114,987.43 4.3 Machinery, Technological And Functional Equipment That Requires Assembly: 4,647,260.00 5.1.1 Construction Works And Installations Related To Site Organization: 94,691.70 General Total: 22,415,112.73 The Expenses Related To The Organization Of The Site, Provided For In Subsection 5.1.2 Of The General Budget (59,100.00 Lei), Do Not Represent Works, Are Not The Subject Of The Contract And Are Not Included In The Estimated Value; The Construction Site Organization Included In The Contract Concerns Exclusively The Related Construction And Installation Works (Subchapter 5.1.1). Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses (Subchapter 5.3 Of The General Estimate, 2,295,592.10 Lei) And The Implementation Reserve For Price Adjustment (Chapter 7 Of The General Estimate, 5,169,068.93 Lei) Are Not Included In The Estimated Value; The Implementation Reserve Constitutes The Budgetary Source Of The Contract Price Adjustment According To The Review Clause In The Award Documentation (Art. 221 Para. (1) Letter A) Of Law No. 98/2016) And Was Taken Into Account When Choosing The Award Procedure, According To The Contracting Strategy. The Number Of Days Until Which They Can Be Clearly Requested
