The Electronic Toll Collection System (Etst) Is A Critical National Information System That Ensures Continuous Toll Collection Processes, High Volume Transaction Processing, Law Enforcement And Control Activity, Data Exchange With Other Systems, Integration With Payment And Back Office Systems And Provision Of Services To Consumers, Carriers, National Service Providers And Control Authorities. Therefore, The Normal Functioning Of The Data Centers Has A Direct Impact On The Sustainability Of The System, On The Revenue From Tolls And On The Implementation Of The Statutory Powers Of The Api.
