Construction Work – Framework Arrangement For Construction Contracts And Projects (2026). Tamperes Higher Education Community Acquires Construction Engineering Works For Properties As A Joint Procurement. Tampereen University Of Applied Sciences Oy (Tamk) And Tampereen University Of Applied Sciences (Tau) Act As The Procurement Unit And Make The Procurement Contracts. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Construction Technical Repair, Maintenance, Alteration And Basic Improvement Works To Be Carried Out On The Customers Properties, Buildings And Other Objects Under Control. Contracts May Include Repairs To Individual Building Parts, Space Changes, Construction Work Related To Changes In Purpose Of Use, And Other Construction Technical Entities That Can Be Ordered Separately. This Is, For Example, Renovation Or Repair Projects That Are Tendered Among Framework Suppliers. The Works Are Carried Out On All The Customers Campuses In Different Locations, For Example: - Tamk Main Campus, Apartment Area Approx. 50,000 M2 - Hervanta Campus, Apartment Area Approx. 100,000 M2 - Kaupi Campus, Apartment Area Approx. 30,000 M2 - Keskusta Campus, Apartment Area Approx. 80,000 M2. The Objects Shown Above Are Examples, And Work Can Also Be Carried Out In Other Objects. The Request For Tenders Does Not Cover Alterations And Repairs Done/Commissioned By The Property Owner In The Properties They Own, With The Exception Of Properties Owned By The Tampere Higher Education Community Itself. As A Rule, The Change Works Are Aimed At The Spaces, Systems And Operating Environments Of Learning And Research Environments, Based On The Needs Of Their Users Or The Parties Responsible For Maintenance. In The Alteration Work Of The Tampere University Foundation, The Construction Instructions Of The Client And Property Owners, Such As Suomen Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy, Are Followed, And The Alteration Work Is Documented In The Bem Project Bank (The Project Bank May Change During The Contract Period As A Result Of Bidding). As Far As Tamk Is Concerned, The Corresponding System Is Currently Haahtela Pris. The Procurement Unit Selects The Five (5) Best Ranked Bidders In The Framework Arrangement. If There Are Fewer Than Five (5) Bidders, All Bidders Who Meet The Suitability And Minimum Requirements For Bidders And Have Submitted A Bid In Accordance With The Request For Bids Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Period Is Four (4) Years. A Framework Agreement Is Only Created When Both Parties Have Signed The Framework Agreement. Contracts For Individual Contract Procurements Can Be Either Shorter Or Longer Than The Actual Framework Contract Period. If Necessary, Individual Procurement Contracts Can Continue Beyond The Duration Of The Framework Contract. The Maximum Value Of Purchases Made On The Basis Of The Framework Arrangement Is Eur 4,500,000 (Vat 0%), Of Which The Tampere University Foundations Share Is Eur 3,000,000 (Vat 0%) And The Tampere University Of Applied Sciences Eur 1,500,000 (Vat 0%). Tampere University Foundation And Tampere University Of Applied Sciences Make Their Own Framework Agreement.
