Maintenance Of Information Technology Software – Service Of Maintenance And Upgrading Of The Information System To Support The Operation Of The Registry. The Information System To Support The Operation Of Registers Consists Of Several Components And Modules For The Establishment Of Registers And Records With Associated Code Books And Appropriate Support For Processing, Storing And Transferring Data From Register Records. The Information System With Its Components And Registers And Records Are Described In More Detail In The Lower Chapters Of This Document. The Information System To Support The Operation Of The Registers Is Housed In The Shared Services Center. The Information System Works Through Three Environments, The Test And Production Environments Are Located Within The Center Of Shared Services And Are Required To Be Provided By The Client, While The Third Development Environment Is Required To Be Provided By The Executor In Its Premises Using Its Physical Resources. The Executor Is Obliged To Bear All The Costs Of Establishing, Maintaining And Using The Development Environment. The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Data And A List Of Key Experts Who Need To Provide Remote Access To The Shared Services Center, While The Client Will Provide The Necessary Approvals And User Accounts. Test And Production Environments Located In The Shared Services Center Use The Infrastructure As A Service (Iaas) Service Level. Cdus Iaas Shared Service Is A Refined Classic Iaas Service With All The Infrastructure Services Necessary For The Smooth Functioning Of The Platform And Is Adapted For Adopting The Systems And Services Of Public Sector Bodies. The Basic Iaas Shared Service Is A Virtual Instance (Vm) And Everything Necessary To Establish A Virtual Data Center In The Cdu Cloud. The Information System To Support The Operation Of The Registers Is Harmonized And Functional On The Infrastructure Of The Shared Services Center In Accordance With Its Valid Technical Requirements And Reference Design And Supported Technologies.
