Non-Scheduled Passenger Transport – Procurement Of Pre-School Swimming Pool Transport In The Education And Training Sector Of The City Of Helsinki. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Transportation To The Swimming Pool Of The Early Childhood Education Groups Of The Education And Training Industry Of The City Of Helsinki. There Are About 288 Swimming Lesson Shifts In Pre-School Education Per Year. Groups Have A Maximum Of 3 Swimming Times Per Year. Not All Pre-School Groups Need Transport To The Swimming Pool. During The Contract Period, Including The Option Periods, There Are At Most 3,456 Pool Transports (Round Trip) In Total. There Are Also Swimming Lesson Shifts In Centralized, Reduced Groups. A Car With A Lift Is Required To Transport Children In Centralized Reduced Groups. There Are About 6 Children In The Group And A Maximum Of 6 Adults Accompany Each Centralized Reduced Group. There Are A Total Of 5 Centralized Reduced Groups. The Actual Contract Period Of The Procurement Contract Is 1 January 2027 - 31 July 2028. The Acquisition Includes Two (2) Options Of One (1) Year Option Period (1+1). Option Periods Can Be Introduced With The Same Decision Regarding The Option Period (24 Months) Or In Two Parts (12 Months + 12 Months). The Subscriber Makes The Decision To Use The Option Period No Later Than Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period. The Jyse 2025 Services Terms And Conditions (Attached) Apply To Procurement. The Customer Is Not Committed To Any Specific Purchase Quantities. By Sending A Bid, The Bidder Also Undertakes To Comply With The Terms Of The Draft Contract Attached To The Request For Bids. By Adding Its Own Conditions Contrary To The Procurement Contract Or Request For Tender To The Draft Contract Or Offer, The Bidders Offer May Be Rejected As Contrary To The Request For Tender.
