Snow-Clearing Services - Sanitation Services Contract For Localities Within The Radius Of Mihai Eminescu Municipality, Botoșani County -- The Activity Of Clearing Snow From Public Roads And Keeping Them In Operation During Frost Or Frost. The Operation Of Mechanized Cleaning Of Snow And Ice From The Roadway Is Carried Out With Specific Snow Removal Equipment During The Day And/Or At Night, Depending On The Need, Based On The Order Sent To The Operator By The Beneficiary. The Performance Of The Operation Of Mechanized Cleaning Of Snow From The Roadway Consists Of Plowing The Snow With/Without Spreading Solid Anti-Skid Material. B) Manual Cleaning Of Snow/Ice Is Carried Out On The Surface Of Public Roads (Sidewalks And Pedestrian Areas Related To Public Roads, According To Annex No. 2 Of The Specifications), - Unit Measuring 100 Square Meters. The Manual Snow And Ice Cleaning Operation Is Performed During The Day And/Or At Night, Depending On The Need, Based On The Order Sent To The Operator By The Beneficiary. The Manual Cleaning Of The Loose Snow Is Done With Stick Brooms, Metal Or Plastic Shovels With A Width Between 0.4-0.5 Square Meters, Manual Turbo Cutter. It Is Absolutely Forbidden To Store/Storage Snow Mixed With Anti-Slip Material Near Green Areas (Trees On The Alignments, Hedges, Flower Borders, Etc.); C) The Mechanized Fighting Of The Pole (The Mechanized Spreading Of The Anti-Skid) Is Carried Out On The Road Surface According To The Surfaces Provided In Annex No. 3 Of The Specifications. The Unit Of Measure Is 1000 Square Meters. The Anti-Slip Material That Is Used To Combat Dust Is Sand With Salt. The Anti-Slip Material Will Be Purchased By The Contracting Authority. The Tariff Offered For The Operation Of Mechanized Cleaning Of Snow And Ice On Public Roads Will Be Calculated, Substantiated, Presented And Justified On The Basis Of The Substantiation Sheet For The Tariff, On Elements Of Expenses And The Technical-Economic Memorandum Justifying The Appropriateness Of Establishing The Tariff, Which The Operator Is Obliged To Draw Up In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Order Of The A.N.R.S.C. No. 640/2022. D) Loading And Transporting Snow Is Carried Out On The Surfaces Related To Public Roads (Modernized/Asphalted/Paved Streets And Sidewalks Related To Public Roads, Public Parking Lots, Bus Stations) In Mihai Eminescu Commune. The Operation Is Carried Out After The Manual/Mechanized Clearing Of Snow And Ice Is Completed, Based On An Order Sent To The Operator By The Beneficiary. The Unit Of Measure Is 1 Mc. The Snow/Ice Loading And Transport Operation Consists Of Mechanized Loading, Transport
