Tenders are invited for Improvement and Expansion of the Drinking Water System in the Cities of San Jorge and Buenos Aires Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is providing financing for this procurement under the Program for the Improvement and Expansion of Four Drinking Water Systems in Five Cities in Nicaragua 2. Executing Agency and Process Contracting Agency 1. The executing agency for this process is: Nicaraguan Water and Sanitation Company (ENACAL). 2. The Executing Agency is responsible for this procurement process; to this end, it appoints the Executive Committee for the process and invites proposals for the required contracting. 3. The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration as set forth in the Procurement Policy of the CABEI and its Implementation Guidelines, availableathttps://www.bcie.org 3.
