Tenders are invited for Construction of Protective Side Walls and a Rainwater Drainage System at the Ballakatuwa Primary Medical Care Unit Refundable Bid Security Amount (Rs.): 195,000.00 Bid Fee (Rs.): 5,000.00 08. Pre-bid Meeting At 10:00 a.m. on 09.11.2026 at the Provincial Buildings Department Auditorium. 09. For projects involving civil works valued at LKR 5 million or more, registration under the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987 is mandatory. The registration certificate or verifiable documentation confirming such registration must be submitted along with the bids. Failure to submit the registration certificate or such verifiable documentation with the bid will be subjected to rejection of the bid. 10. Bid Security Bid security should be submitted either by receipt by making a cash payment to the relevant office as specified in the table above or only by an unconditional, on-demand bank guarantee issued by a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The bid security must be submitted in favour of the "Deputy Chief Secretary (Engineering Services)" and addressed to the Office of the Deputy Chief Secretary (Engineering Services), Pinarawa, Badulla.
