The Purpose Of The Public Order Is To Modernize The Finishing Architectural Coverings Of The Premises, Providing Better Conditions, A Modern And Cozy Environment For Work And Living, As Well As Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of The Building.At The Moment, The Only Remaining Unrenovated Part Of The Building Fund Of The Botevgrad Medical Center Is The Former Maternity Ward, Located On The Second Floor In The Western Part Of Block 4.The Implementation Of The Following Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) Is Planned:- Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures: Complete Replacement Of The External Windows (Doors And Windows) With New Pvc Windows With Five-Chamber Profiles And Low-Emission K Glass; Laying Internal Thermal Insulation Of Mineral Wool (10 Cm) Along The Surrounding Walls; Implementation Of Front Wall Cladding From Plasterboard (With A Coating Of Antibacterial Water-Dispersed Paint, Faience Or Other Finishing Coating), As Well As Thermal Insulation Of The Ceilings.- Bringing It Up To Medical Standards: Removal Of Part Of The Existing Partition Walls And Construction Of New Stud Walls In Order To Ensure The Required Square Footage For Medical Activities.- Ensuring Evacuation And Fire Safety: Replacing The Doors On The Evacuation Routes With Self-Closing Smoke-Tight Doors With Anti-Panic Type Locks; Equipping With Firefighting Equipment For Initial Extinguishing And Bringing All Vertical Evacuation Routes Into Compliance With The Requirements Of Ordinance I-H 1971 Of 2009.All Types Of Construction And Assembly Works Planned For Implementation, As Well As Their Quantities, Are Specified In The Technical Specification And Bill Of Quantities.
