The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Performing The Function Of An Engineer Within The Meaning Of The Fidic Contract Conditions For The Purposes Of Implementing The Investment Called Construction Of A Quay And A Slipway With Infrastructure In The Port Of Wolin. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2 Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Administrative Support Of The Implementation Of The Contract That Will Be Concluded For The Purpose Of Implementing The Subject Of This Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245, As Amended).
