The Subject Of The Order Is: Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Municipal Waste.2.The Classification Symbols Of The Subject Of The Order Are Given In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalogue.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Form (Annex No. 1 A To The Swz) And The Contract Template (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Generally Applicable Law.5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Load The Waste Onto His Own Means Of Transport.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Disinfect Containers/Containers At Least Once A Week.7.Each Waste Collection Must Be Confirmed With A Waste Transfer Card In The Bdo System, In Accordance With Generally Applicable Law.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
