Part No. 1: Delivery Of Specialized Software For Police Units Supplied By The Police Headquarters In Łódź1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Specialized Software (Forensic Information Technology) And Devices For Storing And Reading Data. Cpv: 48700000-5 Delivery Of Specialized Software (Forensic Information Technology)2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz /Respectively For The Selected Part/3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Fully Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz / Respectively For The Selected Part, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 4. The Contractor Guarantees That He Has Come Into Possession Of The Goods Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Bearing All Fees Provided For By Law. 5. The Provided Software Licenses Will Entitle The Ordering Party To Download Corrections And Update The Software In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Starting From The Date Of Delivery Of The Software In A Way That Does Not Infringe The Rights Of The Creators And The Owner Of Copyrights And Does Not Limit The Rights The Ordering Party To Use This Software In Accordance With The Purpose Of The Contract. 6. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz (Respectively For The Selected Part/7). The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Product And Price Form The Manufacturer Of The Offered Product (Respectively For The Selected Part/8). 1. Are Not Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Article 33(4) Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of The National Security System, Or The Type Of Ict Service Or Process Specified In Article 67B Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System Ict Specified In This Decision. 9. If The Contractor Offers Ict Solutions, He Is Obliged To Clearly Identify Each Ict Solution Offered, In Particular By Indicating: 1. The Name Of The Solution, 2. The Manufacturer Or Supplier, 3. The Type, Model, Version Or Other Marking Allowing Its Identification, 4. The Function Performed As Part Of The Implementation Recommendations (Article 226(1) Point 17 Of The Pzp) Or In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier (Article 226(1) Point 19 Of The Pzp). 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.12.
