Fees (QR): 1350 Bid Bond (QR): 135000 Bid Bond Validity Period (Days): 120 Start Purchase Date: 29/10/2026 07:30:00 End Purchase Date: 22/11/2026 12:30:00 Description: KAHRAMAA seeks to engage a specialized company to provide professional cyber security assessment services to enhance the security posture of its cloud and on-premises infrastructure and related services. The objective is to identify and assess existing security vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps within cloud and on-premises computing environments, and to support the implementation of remediation measures based on risk assessments. The project consists of three components to be performed annually over a period of three (3) years: - Part 1: Comprehensive security assessment and penetration testing (one assessment annually). - Part 2: Flexible assessments based on emerging requirements (two additional assessments annually). - Part 3: Verification of the remediation and closure of findings resulting from each assessment. Notes: · Fees are non-refundable · The offer must be submitted with a bank guarantee (in the amount of provisional bid bond) issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar. · Offers are to be submitted separately, technical and commercial. · Successful bidder has to submit a Bank Guarantee (Performance Bond) with value equal to 10% of the awarded value. · KAHRAMAA has the right during the contract period, after approval of the committee, to increase or decrease the quantities, services or works, inline with the Tenders & Auctions Law and its regulations. · Last date for receiving clarification is 7 days before the Bid Closing Date. · Date for opening of the offer is on the next working day from Bid Closing Date, as per the Tenders Committee meeting. · If you face any difficulty for downloading the Tender Documents after Payments, please coordinate with IT Help Desk Administrator in the Government Procurement Portal (The Unified Website of State Procurement (monaqasat@mof.gov.qa).
